Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

DISPATCH

After you have placed and paid for an order, we will send your new must-haves to you via PostNL (€4.95). If you order before 5 p.m., in most cases you can expect the package at home the next day. Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. This with the exception of weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs are free when you spend €100 or more! When you spend less than €100, the shipping costs are €4.95. This applies to shipping within the Netherlands.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email to track your order. If you have not received a track & trace code or package within 2-3 working days, please send us an email to info@shoeloft.nl.

RETURNS

Would you like to exchange or return your purchases? No problem! At Shoe Loft you have a trial period of 30 days!

How does it work:

Send an email to info@shoeloft.nl.
To make it easy to find your information in our system, we ask you to include the following information in the email: name, order number, the item you would like to exchange/return and, if necessary, a reason .
A reason is not required, but this does help us improve the quality and service of our products and shop.

You will then receive an email from us that we have registered the item(s) for return and you can return the item to our postal address. You will find the postal address in the email that we will send you after registering your return notification. Return costs are for your own account and at your own risk. We are not liable for lost return packages or damage by the shipping company.
When you exchange an item, we are responsible for the shipping and costs of the package to be resent.

The return rate in the fashion industry today can be as high as 50% or higher. Returning packages has a major impact on the environment. We at Shoe Loft want to contribute and help minimize that impact by reducing return packages. We will provide extensive product information and clear images of the products.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNS:

Always return the items you want to return in the original packaging, condition and unworn. The shoe boxes in which our shoes are delivered should not be used as shipping material. If shoe boxes are used as shipping material, the items are not returned in their original packaging. The item will then not be accepted as a return.
The packaging materials used for shipping are reusable for returns. If you no longer have the shipping packaging, please provide shipping packaging for the shoe box yourself. Please ensure that the packaging is properly sealed to prevent damage during shipping.

REFUND POLICY

After receiving your return shipment, you will receive an email from us and the shipment will be processed within 7 days. Have you opted for returns? The purchase amount of the item will be refunded to the account number known to us within 14 days at the latest.
