Complaints procedure
Do you have a complaint? We find that very annoying. Read below what you can do.
Please note: do you receive an item and notice that there is a defect on the item received? Please report this within 24 hours via info@shoeloft.nl.
Are you not satisfied with your product or our services and do you have a complaint? Please contact us. You can do this by emailing info@shoeloft.nl. We will respond substantively within 14 days of receiving your complaint or comment. Of course we will then look for a suitable solution.
We will not send an acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint received, but will contact you within 14 days.
